Collaboration Post 2

The meaning, role, and even all actions and decisions are consensus. Many teams seem to have good backgrounds and strong abilities, but the team’s goals have not advanced. The fundamental reason is that there is no consensus. How to understand goals, how to evaluate opportunities, and how to resolve objections. These problems seem to have nothing to do with the specific work, but they are the essential cornerstone of whether a team can go further. For many years, the group composed of relatives, classmates, and friends is more stable because of consensus; even if the project does not develop smoothly, many serial entrepreneurs can still lead the entire team to the Quartet. Therefore, to measure the quality of a team, how to communicate is a critical angle. It is not how friendly and cooperative the team is, but whether the team shares deeply enough and whether the members are willing to open their hearts and express their opinions. What matters is whether a consensus can be reached while going deep enough. This consensus is not a compromise but a sympathy.
