Human gender is a product of cultural construction. Social gender itself represents the difference between people and men’s and women’s social roles and functions. Different societies will be formed in different historical periods—other gender differences. Gender is a central element of culture that deserves special attention. Gender is not a variable, a role, or a series of characteristics, but a product of some form of social initiative-actively shaping gender means creating differences between men and women. Once these differences are formed, they will automatically become enhancements—the “basis” of gender (contrast). At the same time, the active role of gender also provides a certain degree of legitimacy for the social structure based on gender differences. It causes the legalization of the patriarchal system and the inequality of social power.
